If you’re planning to stay in Vienna for a week or more, you’ll find our five centrally located and fully equipped apartments – most with balconies – a comfortable home away from home. It’s much less expensive than a hotel, with more space than a hotel, but with all the services that make a hotel stay so comfortable: hot water, electricity, heating, TV and WiFi internet, and first-rate kitchen facilities are all included. When you book directly with us, your weekly change of sheets and towels, and weekly cleaning of your apartment are included in your rate. If you don’t book your apartment directly with us, we’re happy to change your sheets and towels and clean the apartment once a week for a small extra fee.

Of course our spacious apartments are equipped with all the comforts of home. Dishes and cooking equipment, kitchen appliances from the oven to the dishwasher as well as a washing machine are available in all apartments. You can also reserve a parking space in our garage, and enjoy the delicious buffet breakfast in the neighbouring hotel. And of course, visiting friends and family who don’t want to take advantage of your apartment’s pull-out sofa can also stay at the hotel.
