We offer fully equipped, spacious apartments in a central location – Vienna’s trendy 2nd District, right between Stephansplatz and the Prater, with the underground right outside the door.
Quietly located at the back of a residential building on historic Praterstrasse, our apartments, most of which look onto leafy courtyards, are serviced and ready to move in. Business travellers and visitors coming to Vienna for an extended stay (one week or longer) will find a comfortable home in the city: with first-rate facilities, some with a balcony, and all with plenty of room for you to stretch out.

Serviced & all-in when booking direktly with usCosts for high-speed WiFi Internet, electricity, heating and hot water, as well as VAT and local taxes are all included in the rate. For guests who book directly with us, a weekly change of towels and bed linen and a weekly cleaning of the apartment is also included in the price. (Other guests can take advantage of these services for an additional fee.) You can also book breakfast and a parking place as optional extras.
Spacious and quietOur apartments are at least 40 square metres in size and have at least two rooms. They’re located at the rear of a residential building on Praterstrasse.
Almost all with a balconyThree of our five apartments have a covered balcony overlooking one of the two courtyards – so you’ll enjoy lots of relaxing time in your Vienna home.
Parking availableGuests travelling by car can make an additional booking for a covered or courtyard parking space.
